Mansfield does not accept cash payments at school. Payment options may vary depending on the activity or service.
School invoices
The Student Resource Scheme (SRS) is invoiced in Term 1 each school year. You can learn more about this in the website section on the SRS. Excursions and other school activities are invoiced after parent consent is obtained. BPOINT is the preferred payment method for these school invoices. Using BPOINT helps to ensure that the payment being made is credited against the invoice you are paying and not the overall account balance. This
parent-bpoint-instructions.pdf explains more about how to use PBOINT.
Parents who have an accounts enquiry or who wish to make a payment by EFTPOS can do so in the Upper Administration Office between 8.00am and 4.00pm on school days.
Families may make payments in full or by instalments to suit their budget, but the total invoice amount must be paid by the due date. If you are experiencing financial hardship or wish to have a confidential discussion please contact the Finance team.
Canteens and Uniform Shop
The school canteens and Uniform Shop accept payment through My Student Account (MSA) a cashless payment system and by EFTPOS. More information about MSA and how to load funds is available on our Canteen page. EFTPOS is available with a minimum spend of $5.00.
Qkr
Is a secure payment app that is the preferred method of payment to order replacement student items such as Identification Cards, Student Handbooks and badges. In 2026, this app will also be used for payments relating to school fundraising events. You can learn more about this app in the Qkr Parents Guide.
Tickets for seated events
Mansfield State High School uses Try Booking for ticketed events. Some events are free with no payment required while others will require the purchase of a ticket. Booking links are emailed to students and parents invited to the event.
