Payments

The preferred method of payment for school fees, subject costs and excursions is BPOINT. Using BPOINT helps to ensure that the payment being made is credited against the invoice you are paying and not the overall account balance. This parent-bpoint-instructions.pdf explains more about how to use PBOINT.

Annual fees and costs are invoiced in Term 1 each school year. You will receive an individual invoice for each subject. Please do not pay these individual invoices but wait to receive the statement for the total amount. The statement will include any credits applied to your account such as the government textbook scheme. The payment details will be on the bottom of the statement. Families may make payments in full or by instalments to suit their budget.

Invoices for extra-curricular activities, camps and field trips will be emailed at the same time as the request for parent permission to attend. These invoices must be paid in full before the student attends.

If you are experiencing financial hardship or wish to have a confidential discussion please contact the Finance team.

Please note: Mansfield State High School does not accept cash payments. Parents coming in person with an account enquiry must come to the Administration Office via the Broadwater Road main entrance.

Tickets for seated events

Mansfield State High School uses Try Booking for ticketed events. Some events are free with no payment required while others will require the purchase of a ticket. Booking links are emailed to students and parents invited to the event.

Canteen and Uniform Shop purchases

The school canteens and Uniform Shop accept payment through My Student Account (MSA) a cashless payment system and by EFTPOS. They do not accept cash payments. More information about MSA and how to load funds is available on our Canteen page.
