Mansfield State High School uses a paperless system to manage school excursion permissions. Consent for a student to attend an excursion is emailed directly to parents/caregivers who respond online. Information about this process is available on our website in the Online permissions page.
Where an external provider requires a specific form or document be completed, these cannot be added to our online process are included below.
