School activities that require a parent booking are done through Booked. Formally called Parent Teacher Online (PTO), this may include parent teacher interviews, My Path meetings, SET Planning, uniform fittings and music auditions.
Due to privacy requirements, parents will need to register to use Booked for each individual event. Your details are not kept as a login and cannot be re-used for future events.
Uniform fittings for 2027 new students
Appointments are available for students with a confirmed enrolment. Each appointment is 30 minutes and your student will have the opportunity to try on the formal and sports uniform to select the correct fit. You will be able to purchase these items and take them with you on the day. Appointments will be made using the Booked booking system. Please enter the 5-digit code starting with either UF or UM that you are given for your child where the booking system asks for the Student ID.
Limited appointments are available throughout term 4 starting from Monday 12 October 2026.
Bookings open at 9am on Thursday 8 October 2026.
How to book a uniform fitting:
- Go to the Booked login page. You will not be able to register or log in before bookings open at 9am on Thursday 8 October 2026.
- Click 'Register', enter your details, then click 'Send Registration Email.' Your login details will be emailed to you – check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive them promptly. You need to register for this event even if you have used Booked before.
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in. On a phone, use the Booked app rather than your web browser.
- Enter your mobile number and email address, then enter your child's UF or UM code as the Student ID (from the email sent by no_reply@mansfieldshs.eq.edu.au). Click Search/Check then Add. Enter your child's name and click Save. Repeat for additional children.
- Make your booking – one appointment per student. On desktop: select a time and click the green plus sign. On the app: swipe right on the teacher and select a time. Confirmed bookings will appear in your booked section.
- To download or email a copy of your booking, select 'Download/Email Bookings' from the desktop version. You can change your booking up to 12pm the day before your appointment.

Music placement auditions for 2027 new students
The Instrumental Music Program is a co-curricular state music program offered to students who have been in a school ensemble at their previous school or have taken private lessons. Placement in an ensemble is determined by the audition.
Auditions are a seven-minute timeslot and are booked through the Booked booking system. Please enter the 4-digit code starting with M that you are given for your child where the booking system asks for the Student ID.
Students will perform a piece of their own choice that best shows their ability. This could be from a tutor book or perhaps their favourite song or band piece. Students will also be given a piece of sight reading and a few scales to play for each instrument on which they are auditioning.
Auditions for 2027 students will be held from 7.30am on:
- Thursday 26 November 2026 for Brass, Double Bass, Viola, Violin
- Friday 27 November 2026 for Brass, Cello, Violin, Woodwind
- Monday 30 November 2026 for Cello, Percussion, Violin
Bookings open at 9am on Monday 9 November 2026.
Bookings close at 9am on Monday 23 November 2026.
How to book an audition (if you have already created a Booked login for a uniform fitting, skip to step 4):

- Make your bookings – tutors are listed by instrument. Book one audition for each instrument category your child is auditioning for (for example, strings and woodwind need two bookings). On desktop: select a time and click the green plus sign. On the app: swipe right on the tutor and select a time.
- To download or email a copy of your bookings, select 'Download/Email Bookings' from the desktop version. You can change your bookings until bookings close at 9am on Monday 23 November 2026.
