The Parent Teacher Online (PTO) system is now called Booked. Used for activities that require a booking, this may include parent teacher interviews, My Path meetings, SET Planning, uniform fittings and music auditions.
Due to privacy requirements, parents will need to register to use PTO for each individual event. Your details are not kept as a login and cannot be re-used for future events.
Parent-teacher interviews
Instructions on making a booking have been emailed to all parents and caregivers on Friday 24 April. A summary of these instructions is below.
- Go to www.mansfieldshs.eq.edu.au and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Parent Teacher Online Booking link. Click "Go to PTO," which will take you to the login for Booked.
- At the Booked login screen, click 'Register' and enter your details, then click 'Send Registration Email.' Your login details will be emailed to the address provided — check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive it promptly.
- Follow the instructions in the email to log in.
- Once logged in, enter your mobile number and email address, then enter your child's 10-digit + 1-letter Student ID (found on their student ID card or school timetable). Click Search/Check then Add. Enter your child's name and click Save so teachers can identify them. Repeat for additional children.
- Proceed to make your bookings. On desktop: select a time and click the green plus sign. On the app: swipe right on the teacher and select a time. Confirmed bookings will appear in your booked section.
- To download or email a copy of your bookings, select 'Download/Email Bookings' from the desktop version.
