The Parent Teacher Online (PTO) system is used for activities that require a booking. This may include parent teacher interviews, My Path meetings, SET Planning, uniform fittings and music auditions.
Due to privacy requirements, parents will need to register to use PTO for each individual event. Your details are not kept as a login and cannot be re-used for future events.
Uniform fittings for 2025 new students
Appointments are available for students with a confirmed enrolment. Each appointment is 30 minutes and students will have the opportunity to try on the formal and sports uniform to select the correct fit. You will be able to purchase these items and take them with you on the day. Appointments will be made using the PTO booking system. Please follow these instructions to make a booking:
When making a booking you will be asked for the Student ID, please enter the 5-digit code starting with either UF or UM that you have been given, not the EQ ID student number if known.
Appointments are available in Term 4, starting from Monday 14 October 2024.
Music placement auditions for 2025 new students
The Instrumental Music Program is a co-curricular state music program offered to students who have been in a school ensemble at their previous school or have taken private lessons. Placement in an ensemble is determined by seven audition.
Auditions are a seven-minute timeslot and are booked through the PTO booking system. Bookings will open at 9.00am on Monday 4 November and close at 9.00am on Monday 18 November 2024.
Please follow these instructions to make a booking:
When making a booking you will be asked for the Student ID, please enter the 4-digit code starting with M that you have been given, not the EQ ID student number if known.
Students will perform a piece of their own choice that best shows their ability. This could be from a tutor book or perhaps their favourite song or band piece. Students will also be given a piece of sight reading and a few scales to play for each instrument on which they are auditioning.
Auditions for 2025 students will be held from 7.30am on:
- Thursday 21 November 2024 for Strings and Woodwind
- Friday 22 November 2024 for Strings, Woodwind and Brass
- Monday 25 November 2024 for Percussion.
