The Parent Teacher Online (PTO) system is used for activities that require a booking. This may include parent teacher interviews, My Path meetings, SET Planning, uniform fittings and music auditions.
Due to privacy requirements, parents will need to register to use PTO for each individual event. Your details are not kept as a login and cannot be re-used for future events.
Parent Teacher Interviews 2024
In conjunction with the issuing of Mid Semester Reports parent/teacher interviews will be held on Wednesday 1 May 2024 from 1.45pm until 7.30pm. Interviews are by appointment only and must be booked through the PTO system. Due to privacy requirements, you must register to use PTO for each individual event, previous details are not kept as a login and will not give you access to make a parent/teacher interview.
Interviews are strictly 7 minutes and will be spread across two buildings, including the three floors of J Block. When making appointments, please allow time between each interview to move to the next location. If you are late arriving, it is not possible to extend your time as it impacts on the next appointment.
Bookings will open at 6.00pm on Friday 19 April and close at 12noon on Monday 29 April. After making a booking, you can login at any time and change your booking up until 12noon on Monday 29 April.
