We are pleased to announce that we are state finalists in Choral Fanfare. Announced yesterday afternoon by the Minister for Education, Minister for Industrial Relations and Minister for Racing The Honourable Grace Grace, five primary school and five secondary school choirs were selected for the state final.
Education Minister Grace Grace said “To be given an opportunity to perform as one of 10 choirs at the state final is quite an achievement and I commend all 213 choirs who
performed at regional festivals this year." Almost 10,000 students from 137 state schools participated in this year’s festival.
Being one of only five secondary state schools selected is an outstanding achievement. You can watch our students perform in the 2023 final concert on Tuesday 22 August at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University.
